A new direct primary care (DPC) and sports medicine clinic serving Livingston County
Sean McDade, DO, is a native of Howell, MI. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Degree from Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency through the Air Force/University of Nebraska joint program in Omaha, NE, and served as a family physician with the United States Air Force at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. After fulfilling his term of service, Dr. McDade went on to complete a Sports Medicine fellowship at Western Michigan University, earning a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Sports Medicine (CAQSM). He is returning to his hometown in the summer of 2026 to bring his manifold training and experiences to serve the citizens of Livingston County.
